Road Trip: improv based on stories

Road Trip is a completely improvised show based on real stories featuring a rotating cast of some of the best improvisers + storytellers in ATL. Previous storytellers have been featured on Comedy Central, HBO, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel: Live, America’s Got Talent, Netflix is a Joke, Conan, English Teacher, and more. This show has grown so much that we nearly pack out the house every time! Road Trip currently happens monthly at Dad’s Garage Theatre in Atlanta, as well as some pop up shows around the community.

Mad's Improv Mixer

Mad’s Mixer

Mad’s Mixer is a chance for performers to play with an established instructor who will take care of them no matter what. The first half is two person 10 minute scenes, one is an instructor and one is a person pulled from the bucket. The second half of the show is a set of the instructors doing a longer format. It is both educational, but also community-oriented since the instructors come from all corners of the scene and bring their students to mix and mingle with one another.

Subscribing to the emails will let you know when these are next! The featured instructors are different every time.
